Brattle Senior Associate Yingxia Yang will present at International Law Institute’s (ILI) seminar, “Advanced Oil, Gas, Power and Sustainable Energy,” taking place October 26, 2017 in Washington, D.C.
The ILI is a leading provider of training and technical assistance in international law, international economics, and other aspects of international relations. This seminar aims to cover a review of modern practices and programs, and case studies of recent investment and design of petroleum revenue management programs, as well as local content development programs.
Dr. Yang will present “Transition from Higher Carbon Fossil Fuels to Renewables: Global Trends and Case Studies.” She will discuss the heritage funds and/or other petroleum funds that are being set up to support the development of sustainable energy sector, and address the rise of renewables with the U.S. and China as two case studies.
