The Brattle Group has been recognized as one of the 10 best consulting firms to work for in the 2017 Vault Consulting 50. For the fourth consecutive year, Brattle ranked highest among all economic consulting firms.
“Brattle’s ability to remain as a top consulting firm is a clear reflection of our commitment to a culture based on collaboration, integrity, performance, and respect,” noted Brattle President Alexis Maniatis. “We are grateful to our employees who uphold these values to drive Brattle’s success, and we are pleased to celebrate this achievement.”
Respondents to the survey acknowledged Brattle’s “collaborative spirit” and “extensive on-the-job training and mentoring,” which make the firm a “rewarding place to work and grow.” The survey also praised Brattle for being “extraordinarily dedicated to developing staff” as well as having a “strong desire for everyone at the firm to succeed.”
The Vault Consulting 50 is based on employee feedback about firm culture, work/life balance, overall satisfaction, compensation, overall business outlook, ability to challenge, and promotion policies. It is also based on feedback from employees at other consulting firms who contribute to a prestige score. Brattle was also recognized as a top 10 consulting firm in several quality of life rankings, including benefits, compensation, firm culture, firm leadership, innovation, overall business outlook, supervisor relationships, and training programs.
In addition to the Vault ranking, Brattle has been recognized over the past year as a top consulting firm in several industry rankings and publications, including Global Competition Review, Global Arbitration Review, Who’s Who Legal, and Advisory HQ.
